Role Overview
As an FP4B Agency Partner, your role is to identify businesses needing branding, websites, social media, video animation, or digital signage content, and convert them into clients. You’ll represent FP4B in your local market, securing deals while earning commissions on every successful sale.

🔹 Your earnings grow with your performance, and top agents can potentially progress into permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Sales – Identify and connect with businesses needing branding, digital marketing, or visual content.
- Business Networking & Relationship Building – Engage with entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporates to present FP4B’s solutions.
- Consultative Selling – Help potential clients choose the right services for their business.
- Deal Closure & Liaison with FP4B – Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Market Insights & Reporting – Provide feedback on local demand and business opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong networking abilities.
- Sales experience (preferred but not essential)—if you’re persuasive and resourceful, you’ll do well.
- Knowledge of business branding & marketing (training will be provided).
- Existing business contacts are a plus.
- High motivation to earn commissions based on effort and performance.
- Good communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Generous commission structure: Earn on every client you bring in (upon completion of each transaction).
- Training & support: Guidance on FP4B services, sales techniques, and market positioning.
- Recognition & career growth: Top performers may be offered permanent roles or leadership opportunities.
- International branding experience: Work with a UK-based consultancy while establishing yourself as a business solutions provider in Africa.
Commission Structure
- Lower-tier clients ($500 - $2,000 deals): Agent commission around 20-25%
- Mid-tier clients ($2,000 - $5,000 deals): Agent commission around 25-30%
- High-tier clients ($5,000+ deals): Agent commission around 30-35%
🔹 Example 1 (Lower-end deal):
If an agent secures a $1,000 branding package:
- (between) $200 - $250 goes to you the agent
🔹 Example 2 (High-end deal):
If an agent secures a $7,500 premium branding and website package:
- (a minimum) $2,250 goes to you the agent
